What I offer, what it costs, before you reach out.
I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider. That means no insurance pre-authorizations, no limitations on how long we work together, and complete transparency on cost. Everything you need to know is on this page.
Services
I specialize in OCD and anxiety-related conditions in adults. All services are delivered virtually. I am licensed in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nebraska.
Individual Therapy
ERP · CBT · ACT · Virtual
Ongoing weekly sessions for OCD, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, and emetophobia. Treatment is evidence-based -- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) -- chosen because they have the strongest research support, not because they are popular.
Treatment length varies by condition and severity. Most clients with OCD see meaningful progress in 12–20 sessions. We track outcomes so you always know whether it is working.
Diagnostic & Intake Assessment
First appointment · Virtual
Your first full appointment. We do a thorough assessment to understand what is actually going on before we start treatment. This is not a repetition of the consult -- it is a structured clinical evaluation that informs the treatment plan.
A formal diagnosis established during this session is also what your insurance company will need if you plan to submit superbills for reimbursement.
The Accelerator
ERP Intensive · Virtual
Nine hours of intensive, one-on-one ERP across three consecutive days. For clients who want to compress the hardest part of treatment into a focused window rather than spread it across months. No prior ERP experience required.
Accelerator plus two booster follow-up sessions: $3,800 (saves $200). A free intake call is required before booking.

For clinicians · Workplaces · Schools
Clinical consultation for therapists working with OCD and anxiety, workplace mental health training, and school-based education. Rates and format vary by scope and audience.

No insurance complications, no authorization delays. Here is exactly how billing works.
Out-of-network provider
I do not bill insurance directly. I am an out-of-network provider, which means you pay for sessions yourself. This keeps things simple: no pre-authorizations, no session limits set by your insurance, no network restrictions.
I have opted out of Medicare and do not accept Medicaid.
Payment methods
I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of each session through Jane, the secure HIPAA-compliant platform I use for scheduling.
No sliding scale is offered at this time.
Cancellation policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
If I need to cancel, you will not be charged.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of care before your first session. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you can dispute it.
For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
Can I use my insurance?
Possibly. Many clients with out-of-network benefits get meaningful reimbursement. I provide a superbill upon request at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance directly or through Mentaya, a service that handles the paperwork on your behalf.
Out-of-network benefits vary widely by plan. It is worth checking yours before we start so you know what to expect. Do not assume -- call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask specifically about out-of-network mental health coverage and your deductible and reimbursement rate.
Check Your Benefits →The Benefits page includes a Mentaya tool that checks your specific plan eligibility and walks you through the superbill process.
