Nine Hours. Three Days. Real Progress.

Because waiting months to feel better is optional.

Weekly therapy is great. It is also slow. If you have been showing up every week, doing the work, and still feel like OCD has more control than you do, it is not because you are doing it wrong. It is because one hour a week gives your brain six days to dig back in.

The Accelerator is a different format. Same evidence-based ERP treatment. Way less time for OCD to recover between sessions.

This might be the right fit if...

  • You have tried weekly therapy and hit a wall
  • You want to front-load your recovery instead of stretching it across months
  • Your schedule makes consistent weekly sessions hard to maintain
  • You are motivated and ready to do the uncomfortable work
  • You just want OCD to stop running the show, faster

Here's how it works.

The Accelerator is nine hours of ERP spread across three days, three hours per session. That's it. No week-long retreat. No hotel. No group therapy you didn't sign up for. Just focused, one-on-one ERP via telehealth, with a therapist who actually specializes in this.

Day One: Build the Foundation

We go through what OCD looks like for you specifically, build your fear hierarchy, and do your first exposures before you have time to overthink it.

Day Two: Climb

We debrief how the between-session work went, move up the hierarchy, and start weaving in some ACT skills alongside the ERP -- because learning to sit with uncertainty is a lot easier when you also understand why you're doing it.

Day Three: Go Further and Plan Ahead

We tackle the harder exposures, work on making sure your progress generalizes to real life, and build your maintenance plan together so you're not left wondering what to do when OCD comes back swinging. Because it will try. And you'll be ready.

This is not an Intensive Outpatient Program.

If you've looked into intensive treatment before, you've probably run into Intensive Outpatient Programs -- IOPs. The Accelerator is not that. Here's why it's different and why that matters.

Traditional IOPs are built around group therapy. You attend multiple times a week alongside other patients, often for several weeks or months, with a mix of group sessions, skills classes, and occasional individual time. That model has its place. It is just not what this is.

The Accelerator is entirely one-on-one. Every single hour is you and me -- no groups, no shared sessions, no waiting for others to finish before we move on. Your treatment plan is built around your OCD, your hierarchy, your life. Not a generalized curriculum designed to work for a room full of people at once.

It's faster.

Three days instead of weeks or months of program attendance.

It's specialized.

This is OCD and anxiety treatment specifically -- not a general mental health program that covers OCD as one module among many.

It's private.

Your sessions, your information, your progress. No group disclosures, no shared spaces.

It's yours.

The fear hierarchy, the exposure plan, and the maintenance plan are built for you from scratch, not pulled from a standard workbook.

If you have done an IOP before and felt like you were getting generic treatment at a fast pace, the intensive ERP format is a different experience entirely.

Why three days instead of twelve weeks?

Because concentrated exposure tends to stick.

ERP is the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and a growing body of research on intensive and concentrated formats suggests that compressing the work into a short window can produce meaningful gains for many people. The Accelerator draws on that principle -- fewer, longer, deeper sessions instead of stretching the hardest part of therapy across months.

The idea is simple. When exposure work happens back-to-back, your brain does not get six days between sessions to rebuild its avoidance patterns. Momentum carries you. The learning tends to hold.

The Accelerator is not a shortcut. It is a focused use of the same evidence-based treatment, delivered on a timeline built for people who cannot wait twelve weeks to feel different.

The Accelerator is an independent intensive ERP program developed by Beautiful Minds. It is not affiliated with, certified by, or derived from any trademarked intensive protocol.

Let's be real about what this involves.

ERP is uncomfortable. That is not a bug. That is the whole mechanism. You are going to feel anxious on purpose, without doing the thing your brain is screaming at you to do. It is hard. It is also the only thing with actual evidence behind it for OCD.

What it is not: talk therapy. Venting. Reassurance. A space to analyze why OCD picked you. We are not here to understand OCD. We are here to make it irrelevant.

You will leave each session with something to practice before the next one. The between-session work is part of the intensive, not optional homework.

You will also leave Day 3 with a written maintenance plan that is actually yours -- not a generic handout, but something we built together based on your specific OCD, your warning signs, and your life.

Investment

The Accelerator is offered as a self-pay package. Insurance does not typically cover intensive formats, and honestly, trying to make it work with insurance creates a lot of hoops that slow everything down.

The Accelerator

9 Hours Over 3 Days

$3,500

Includes: three 3-hour sessions, your personalized fear hierarchy, between-session support materials, and your written maintenance plan.

Save $200

The Accelerator + 2 Booster Sessions

9 Hours + Two 45-Minute Follow-Ups

$3,800

Includes everything above plus two 45-minute follow-up sessions after the intensive ends. Because OCD does not retire after three days -- and having dedicated time to troubleshoot in the weeks after is worth it.

A free intake call is required before booking. Every client completes one. It's how we make sure we're a good fit and set the intensive up to actually work.

A few things people ask.

Do I need to have done ERP before?

Nope. We cover everything you need to know on Day 1. If you have done ERP before and need a reset or a serious push, The Accelerator works for that too.

What if I'm in the middle of a hard OCD flare?

That might actually be the best time to do this. We will talk through it on the intake call.

Is telehealth as effective as in-person for ERP?

Yes. Research consistently shows telehealth ERP produces outcomes comparable to in-person care. And for a lot of people, doing exposures in their actual environment is more useful than doing them in a clinic.

What if I need to cancel?

Full session fee applies with less than 48 hours notice. OCD is going to tell you to cancel. We have a policy for that.

How is this different from just doing weekly therapy with you?

Weekly sessions are great for the long game -- building skills, processing, maintaining progress. The Accelerator is for when you want to compress the hardest part of ERP into a short window and get real traction fast. Some clients do the intensive first, then transition to weekly sessions. Some do it as a standalone. We will figure out what makes sense for you.

Do you take insurance for this?

Not for the intensive format. I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement, but I cannot guarantee what your insurance will cover.

Ready to stop waiting?

The intake call is free. We will talk about what's going on, whether The Accelerator is the right fit, and what to expect. No pressure, no sales pitch -- just a real conversation about whether this makes sense for you right now.
